number one forever. ngl, i hated her at first, because i really loved mer/der. stupid reason, i know (+ i hate mer/der now). but after a while she absolutely grew on me. i loved her so much. i think she’s one of the strongest female characters ever and she’s also so funny and fierce and emotional and i just love everything about her. and the salmon colored scrubs. loved them lol. AND HER FUCKING GORGEOUS HAIR. i only watched seasons 1-3 because of her, and then she left and i lost interest and my shipper heart was so broken (alex/addison is my tv!otp forever jsyk). i watched a few episodes of private practice and i didn’t like the addie i saw. that was not addie for me. they changed her character and i hate that. and i hate the fact that private practice exists at all. it destroyed my otp. alex and addison had so much potential, just look at season three! it would’ve turned out differently if she had stayed. alex/ava? absolute nonsense. it was so sudden. but it was probably changed because of addie leaving. i miss addison. i miss her so much. and i miss her interaction with alex. favorite character + tv ship ever.
